Oh, the soundtrack of the winter! The sleety snow keeps falling outside my window this blistery Chicago afternoon, and the wind is making this somehow comforting howling noise as it brushes passed the alley. At a time such as this, I can’t think of anything better to listen to than Justin Vernon’s (known famously as Bon Iver–pronounce it like it’s French) new EP Blood Bank. Though it’s just a sparase 4-track offering, it’s encouraging to hear something new from Bon Iver to build off the success of For Emma, Forever Ago. So be sure to check out Blood Bank.
